Order Modification Policy

Timeframe for changes:

The customer may modify his or her order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Allowed modifications:

The customer may modify the shipping address, billing details, item quantity, or product selection.

Restrictions on modifications:

"Final sale" items: All items are eligible for modification, unless otherwise specified. The item must be marked as final sale, and cannot be changed or returned.

Order status limitations: Once an order is processed or shipped, modification options are unavailable.
