What is Alastin INhance Post-Injection Serum?
INhance is a small format serum Alastin makes to sit alongside injectable treatments. In Alastin's words it is "designed to complement injectable treatments like dermal fillers, formulated with ChromaFADE Technology to help improve the appearance of skin post-injection." It carries the same TriHex Technology as the full size serums. Four applications a day, until the tube is empty.
What is in it
ChromaFADE Technology is what separates this from the rest of the line. Alastin says it "helps accelerate recovery from injectable treatments and enhances the overall appearance of skin", marked on their page as data held on file.
Ledum, or marsh tea, with Arnica Montana extract "calms the skin and reduces appearance of redness and swelling", in Alastin's wording. TriHex Technology supports the skin's natural production of new, healthy elastin and collagen.

Alastin INhance reviews
Alastin's claim for the arnica and ledum is redness and swelling. Bruising is not a claim Alastin makes. It is what buyers keep telling us about, so here is what they say rather than what we would claim.
- Bruising is the reason people repurchase. "I noticed a decrease in bruising in 1 day." "This worked great on injection site bruising." One buyer reports it working on everyday bruises too.
- One reviewer got a better result starting before her appointment. Used only afterwards the first time, she bruised heavily. The second round she began almost a week beforehand: "I had hardly any bruising." That is her experience, not Alastin's instruction, which is to start after. Ask your injector first.
- One tube covers one round. The same buyer got a week before and four to five days after out of one tube.
- The cooling tip gets noticed. Buyers elsewhere call it "cooling and soothing".
