What Do the Statuses Mean?

    Order Placed We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment. You'll get a confirmation email shortly.
  • 📦
    Fulfilled / Shipped Your order has been handed off to the carrier. Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number and link.
  • 🚚
    In Transit Your package is on the move. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may shift slightly.
  • 📬
    Out for Delivery Your order is on a delivery vehicle and should arrive today. Keep an eye out!
  • ✅
    Delivered Your package has been delivered. If you can't find it, check with neighbors or your building office, and give it 24 hours before contacting us.
